I need to buy a Ross 11* crossing. Does anyone discount Ross? I really don't want to spend $90.00 for one but I may have to. Thanks for any help.

Rumor is Ross is going to direct sales only, so it may be tough to find a discounter
Not anymore. AM hobbies used to but they are out of business and just as Chris said they are going to direct sales.

Chris, I asked Steve at Ross just last week and he said this is A FALSE RUMOR.
Those switches are a deal at any price. The best switch ever made.
When you the quality that Ross has, you have to spend money for it! Considering the quality of Ross compared to Gargraves, Ross is handlaid tracks and Gargraves is mainly assembly line runs.

Hey if I can get my Ross crossing for less than 90 bucks I'd be very foolist not to. If I can't I'll get it from Ross. Being retired I have a new appreciation for $.
BTW I just called CM Trains and they only carry a few Ross switches but I do appreciate the leed.
When I buy Ross I know that I am buying the best O gauge switch in the world and they are 100% American made to boot. If I may refer to two true quotes:
"You get what you pay for" and
"The best always cost more".
BTW what happened to AM Hobbies? Their website is still working but Ross Products are missing.
Ross switches are made in America by an American. Dennis said it all. Yes you can buy other switches if you do not require the best. Ross is the best.
Sommerfeld Trains in Butler, WI. will discount Ross. Phone orders only. Call 262-783-7797. They usually don't have much Ross in stock but will order anything for you.
