A month or so ago we ordered 7 backdrops from Norm at Backdrop Warehouse and asked him to have them to us April 10-11. He agreed to do so. I talked to him April 11 and he advised that there was a minor problem but that the first two backdrops had been shipped, three more were to go out April 12 and the last two April 13. I told him that we would plan to install them today April 21.

We received two April 13 and three more Monday April 16. Unfortunately we have received nothing more. I began calling the number on the website Thursday which I had used several times without a problem and both website numbers are answered with a strange message that refers me to a directory, an operator, or hold for voice mail. No company is identified, there is no directory, no operator, and no voice mail... something is not right.

The website does not have an e-mail contact.

Today my help arrived and we installed what backdrop we had. I paid him for a full day, his round trip drive is over 200 miles, and we finished up at 4:00. If we ever get the remainder of the order I am going to have to pay additional $$$ for what should have been an easy one day job.

Does anyone have a contact for Norm at Backdrop Warehouse or know what is going on with the company? The order is in excess of $1,500, paid in full, and I am going to have to contact the credit card company unless this gets resolved immediately. Our dealings had been good and what we received was quite nice But pieces of a backdrop are worse than none at all.

Thanks for any help that someone can give.

I have called 3 numbers on the web site and none of them work. The last number I called was attached to a link on the page and it stated that this was the new number because they kept receiving robo and telemarketing calls. The new number also had an extension. When I called it the operator said it was no longer in service.

Does anyone have the 411?

Dave
