I have several Lionel Fastrack remotes. Can these be used with RossReady switches that have Dz1000 motors instead of the push button switches that come with the switches?

I've used old Lionel controllers with DZ1000's for years. However, the lights on the switch machine may not operate correctly.
Installed as per wiring instructions, a Lionel SC2 was added for Cab 1 control. All lights on the DZ1000 and associated control buttons work. Y-module project.
