What is this from? Make and model number? Are you looking to purchase a unit?

This unit has no make/model number. I thought it was from Town & Country Hobbies but is not their product. I thought possibly at York a few years back but can't remember when. The only other source coulkd have been Scotts Odds & Ends which currently has been sold to a new company. Thank you

These can be used if you bend one tab and cut off the other.

The pictured product was once available from RadioShack. A similar product is still available online. This double insulated version was usually used with 120V neon indicator lamps, but this application is long deprecated.

Edit: A double insulated version seems surprisingly hard to find online, other than RS, one seller has them on Amazon, but that is about it. Sockets with conductive brackets are somewhat easier to obtain- look for indicator lamp sockets. In like manner, bayonet versions are quite easy to find in either style.
