I just purchased "Easy Electronics Projects for Toy Trains by David E. Greenwald. For a person starting out for the first time into the world of electronics I find this book very useful. It has a project that I can build for my layout. Using Group knowledge what other books would the group recommend for the beginner? I have a carpet layout that I am "allowed" every now and then to set up. I do not want to get into the DCS and TMCC part now, maybe later once I build a permanent layout.
