I am looking for ideas/sources on either purchasing or building several elevated trolley platforms.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi Jim, thanks for the reply and picture. I will have to measure the distance, but am guessing these can be constructed for any height, correct? Is it lighted?
Presently they are 8.125 to the top deck. Measure 6.5 x 3.5 x about 10.75 tall. Not lighted as yet, but a good idea.
tks,

Thanks Tom!
Jim, looks like yours will be a little too tall from what I currently have constructed, but thanks again for the responses.
I have designed an el which could be used for an elevated trolley line. The plans were modified from CTAfans EL design and the Transit Modelers plan posted on their website.
The file is an open office file so if you cant open it Open Office is a free program and can be downloaded.
Jim's system could be easily used with shortened uprights to fit your needs.
Uprights can modified to most any length.
IMO, just determine whether you want to go in a scale direction or a toy train direction. tt

Jim, just a FYI... I have to put this project on hold for awhile so will not be ordering as I soon as I had anticipated. I have saved all of your pictures, so will let you know by phone or email when I am ready to get started again.
