It's always exciting to see one of TW TrainWorx kits modeled by customers and way more Traintastically exciting when they post pictures of the results online. One of our fellow OGR Forum-ite's SCRAPIRON SCHER aka Eliot just posted our O Scale Public Works Kit which he modeled into a National Guard Armory and it's Traintastic!

That is one cool kit Dorcie. It is not assembled, right? If it is assembled, that's pretty cool. I really like the paint job on the website. Do you all have a video or such showing or could you make a suggestion about what to use?

Thanks Dave! Correct, our Public Works is a kit to be assembled. We don't have a video of painting this kit but Reagan has shared painting tips on our Rock Island Freight House...

As you can see from Eliot's paint job it really is for your imagination... don't think you can go wrong

I did watch the Coal tower video(I think it was) that Mike did. That was really incredible I must say. I know that for me, I will get into the PITA state. When I was younger(teens) I spent 3 hours painting figures during the winter in my old bedroom. I went nuts after that because I was being so meticulous with my painting that it was like I was out of my body.

In hindsight, I really did it to myself. Having very limited space to work and not much ventilation really stinks(yes the paint stunk). I really do like the look of the building.
