I enjoyed reading your article in CTT on your layout's Munoz Central lines steam service facility.  Well designed and presented with just the right amount of detail.  Your goals closely resemble what I have in  mind, except maybe #6.  As in many small towns you may have trouble installing something as one of the new type lighted and flashing billboards, which the town council may reject.  Remember with the council's Code of Ethics, favors are not allowed.  Just kidding, and again congrats on a great article and design.

Thanks, Dr. Jack. I am gratified you enjoyed the article. I was not lucky enough to see these beasts in their heyday. Only Rich Melvin allowed me to get close enough to the magnificent #765 and now I think he is more at ease when I have a camera than the throttle. I hope you can get over to visit us and see the layout in person.

RickO. .  .  .  OMG the walkover incident has gone viral. I am banned from any engineering projects in Roseville. I recently tried to put telephone poles in Mattbury Yard and the Big Boy rearranged three of them. Back to engineering school.

Don, Many thanks. Come on over and see us. We love to run the trains for guests.
