I've been working on my engine facility and thought I would post some photos.

That's really nice Dave.
Don't wait too long to add your backdrop unless you have easy access!
Great work! Is the coaling tower a kit or scratch built?
Bob
Much mo' betterer Dave!
Looks like a storm coming.
Would love to visit your store someday...
Looking good man....I like the way it's laid out. B&LE Texas looks sweet in there too.
Very nice, Dave !!
I like it.
Sheesh that looks real! Thanks for sharing.
.... you were pullin' my leg about not being able to scratch build weren't you???
Nice work Dave.... the weathering makes such a huge difference in the appearance.
Dave,
Fabulous work, the structures, scenery, and background are just superb craftsmanship
Very very realistic. I hope to see you at York

Dave....Beautiful work as usual!! You are an artist and hope someday soon will get to see the store. Had intended to get there while at the Lionel open house event but time and meetings got in the way. Anyway....it was good to meet you and hopefully will see you at York...

Bob,
My friend Sam scratch built the coaling tower. He is truly an artist. I am trying to get him to post some of his work here. He has a great logging/iron ore layout.
Dave
Dave,
That looks fantastic, great work. I would say that Sam is quite the artist.
Excellent work Dave!
Very nice Dave.
Looking good Dave!
That's really nice looking Dave.
Thanks for sharing.
Excellent, Dave! I like the brooding sky. Nice change from the bright, puffy clouds most of us have.
Think we visited that engine facility out in western Pennsylvania back in the early fifties.
It was before they installed the large water tank.
Very impressive
Looks great, my friend! Of course, I have come to expect nothing less than great craftsmanship from you. I hope to get over to The Junction for another visit next weekend.
Dave
Very well done. And that sky really makes the scene. Thanks for posting
Dave, those are some great looking buildings! What is the first one? Its colors and weathering really intrigue me. I am always amazed at the talent that is shown on these Forum pages!
Paul,
That first building is an old station kit that was on a layout that was recently dismantled. My friend Sam also built that years ago as a machine shop. I touched it up a bit with weathering and some new interior details. I know it should be closer to the roundhouse but I do not have room there. I will try to get some interior photos in the next couple days.
Again, thanks to all for the nice comments!
Dave
Nice work with the weathering, buildings look excellent. Its nice to see a real sky, looks like New England.
Dave very nice job on the service facilities.
