This little wire clip caused a quick short and engine stall on my B&O 2-8-2 Mikado. It was attached directly above the engine flywheel and sensor and came loose. It dropped down contacting some solder joints and must have jammed the flywheel ring. Removed it and all is now fine. This is not the just released units but is the first issued unit. Hope this helps someone that may have same issue.

Those cheap clips quickly lose their "sticky" and come off. On many repairs, I have to re-glue them, I typically remove the DS tape and use CA Adhesive to stick them a bit more permanently in place.
That's one place for sure that MTH can improve on. Another is the adhesive they use on the walk ways.
This is a common thing for all Mikado's? Maybe they should figure out a better way to do that.
Those are used in a host of Lionel locomotives, and they all get weak and come loose.
