I use a lot of Evan Designs LED’s which come complete with a small bridge rectifier built in making them ready for direct connection to 18 vac track voltage. All this great product lacks is a capacitor module to make them flicker-free.  Is there such a module already available ??  I realize I could buy LED’s without the rectifier and connect them to a JWA cap pcb, but still wonder about what might be available for my question posed.

Grab your soldering iron and make one.

It would obviously be possible to use a very small bridge rectifier, resistor, and 100uf cap on a custom PCB to do the job as well, the topic just never came up.  If I were to make them, I wouldn't use #30 solid wire, I'd use #28 stranded, much more robust to handle.  For this design, you can input AC or DC from 6-20 volts of either polarity.  Basically, if you put power on the input, the LED will light.  This would also support flashing, flickering, or color changing bulbs with no other circuit changes.
