Very, very nice Dave. What a unique idea !
Dave,
You just turned me into a rivet counter. Beautiful work!
EXCELLANT !!!!! Had thought of doing something similar with my fascia. Kind of a boiler room effect, lot's of metal, rivets , and nuts/bolts for fasteners; steam engine type appearance. Ended up using some laminate flooring I had left over from the train room flooring.
Dave,
there are very few people left in the world to rivet. Where did you find them? Lol.
great work Dave.

Just an awesome idea for fascia and excellent execution.
So creative! Really great work, layout looks terrific... Cheers
I'm still plugging along with this. As I finish more on the top of the layout, I close in the bottom. This section has two access panels with real grab irons.
David Minarik, You have so much to be proud of, there. You must be one very playful guy, and a joy for your friends to know in-person. Something about your whole effort with your layout says all that to me.

Nice heavy, industrial look. Love the accent lighting in the toe kick area!

Dave,
Really like the look and feel that you achieved thus far. When I see the picture, it shouts "Classic Trains" in my mind. Nice!

Yep, he sure is, Frank! A lot of diverse talent in one package and definitely a joy to know. Heck, he was even Best Man for my wedding back in December.

Now, That's news (to me). But it's no surprise - two good guys, as friends, having a good ol' time of it. Be well, safe, and happy, always.
