Was wondering what method most of you use for connecting feeding wires to Fastrack on a permanent layout? Is soldering the way to go to the clips on the bottom or is it easier to attach crimped wires with connectors?

I solder .080 female connectors to the feeders (18 ga every 5-8ft) and then slide it onto the track spades. The ones I use have a little dimple that prevents them from loosening up... Holds tight, holds right.
I'm a fan of soldering the wire to the tabs. Really holds tight and holds right.
Soldering is cheap too!
I used 14 gauge wire from transformer to a MTH terminal blocks (through a TIU) and then 16 gauge wire from the main power terminal blocks out to small two gang terminal blocks where each power drop was going to go and then 16 gauge from there to .110 connectors to the clips on the bottom of the FT.
However, I did also solder the connections at both the two gang terminal blocks and at the clips connected to the undersigned of the FT and used binder clips to help hold the FT sections together and added a TVS at each block. Seems pretty bulletproof so far.
