They may but I wouldn't as the spring bumpers are very fragile and they would not last long at all.
They might last for two or three iterations, but that's about it. 
Steve Nelson (Mr. Muffins) has a set of custom built trolley bumpers on his fantastic layout. They take continuous hits for hours at a time while he operates for the public. You might check in with him for some photos of his design. But, like others have said, I would not bet on the Fastrack lighted bumpers.
