FasTrack switch wire gauge

Does anyone know the wire gauge used on FasTrack switches? The remote switch wire is too short so I need to replace it. Additionally, any suggestions for replacement wire? Is cat 3 phone wire too small? The run will probably be around 20 feet. Thanks!

Phone wire is ok. I use #22 6 conductor stranded in case of external power. And it is good to run them on ext power.
