Interesting. I used to work for a commercial door company. In 1999 the BNSF was going to build a 250,000 gallon refueling facility here in Sioux City, IA. I was able to get a complete copy of the blue prints and the project book. Because of Iowa's excessive fuel taxes the plan that had been approved got dumped. The plans are comete showing the entire project. I will have to look to see what the actually refueling "arms" look like.
