The mountain has two tracks going through it. I followed Eric Siegel's instructions for the tunnels and hard shell.

The main tunnel is the Hoosac Tunnel.

The main portal is made from pink foam and balsa wood. I used basswood to carve the letters and numbers.

Now that the weather is changing, this will slow down.

Well, actually, that is how I picked the handle in the first place.  I don't own one (I drive a DeLorean).  But, I've always admired them (and Raymond Loewy, to make a train connection). I may buy one yet.

That is why I am looking for a T-1. I would love to have an S-1, but no one makes one that runs on Super O track.

Loewy was way ahead of his time, very talented.
