I am helping a friend build an O gauge layout, and I was wondering about using either foam insulation board, or cork underlay under the roadbed. I have had issues with the foam board pulling away from the plywood in the past. His plan for scenery should be pretty flat, so that advantage of foam wouldn't really come into play.
