Pre-painted or colored?....can't help you.
But, in original white?....Bar Mills...at least that's what they look like to me. Art Fahie uses the self-adhesive strips in a lot of his kits....all scales...for which you only have to paint the color of your choice before applyling.
So, I'm not sure he sells those as a separate item. However, they're not hard to make yourself. Just buy some full page (8-1/2 X 11) label sheets from Avery (sku 18665)...

...cut them into consistent-width strips...leaving a 1/4" connecting edge either side. Pre-paint the sheet the color of your choice. Severe the strips from the connecting edges. Peel the backing off. Apply them to your structure roof, overlapping by a tad. When done, do some weathering with chalks, etc., if you choose.
The width of the strips will depend on the scale and the tarpaper roll width you're trying to represent.
BTW, I pre-slit the sheets...as Bar Mills offers in their kits...so that the cut edges of the paper will also be painted (I spray...rattle cans). If you slit after painting, the white paper cut edge can show on the model.....not good, IMHO.
Just some thoughts and suggestions......FWIW.
