I’ve attached a bibliography of references to Frank Ellison and his Delta Lines in O Scale Railroading and O Gauge Railroading.  This was made possible by the online digital library of all OSR/OGR issues.  Some of the references are only incidental but they all point to the influence Ellison had on many aspects of the hobby.  Most of the references are in articles, some are in letters, and one is from an advertisement.  The “heavy hitters” that most readers may be familiar with are the special issue tributes to Frank Ellison in Runs 108 and 109.  Then there was the definitive account of the end of the Delta Lines in Run 125: B. J. (Sam) Sach’s account as told to Myron Biggar, “Frank Ellison’s Delta Lines – The Final Chapter.”  The “sleeper” is in Run 141. “The Model Builder/Lionel’s O Gauge Magazine” by Jeff and Janet Madden which spells out Frank Ellison’s key role there as part of a great retrospective on the magazine’s relatively brief existence.  Jim Wiggins letter in Run 128 is an interesting reflection on Frank Ellison as a person and his gracious hospitality.

I suggest zooming the PDF to 125-150% to make it readable.
