Hi Everyone,

My name is Bob Medcraft and I’m the producer of “The Choo Choo Bob Show,” a children’s television show about trains.  We have produced 36 episodes of the show and now have six DVDs, two CDs and a children’s book.  We can now be found on Qubo, a national television network for children.  In addition, we have a train store in St. Paul, MN called Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store and a proud sponsor of this forum.

We would like to offer a free Choo Choo Bob DVD to the first 200 forum members who email us their name and address.  There are absolutely no strings attached and we will not follow up with any kind of solicitation.   All we ask is that you either watch the DVD or give it away to a kid that will.

And of course…if you enjoy the show…please follow up with a post on this forum.

Send your name and address to  freedvd@choochoobobs.com  and we will send it out asap.

Thanks everyone!

Bob

I'm just starting my adventure into the world of Choo Choo Bob. I had heard about the show before my son was born, but had not watched it. Henry turns one tomorrow and we have spent more than one Saturday morning watching clips on Youtube. We do not care for Thomas and Friends, but really like watching this together. For me it's fun to pick out the different MTH and Lionel items in the background and Henry enjoys the train action as well as the stories. This is a well executed program and deserves every bit of the positive attention it has received. We would love to see this show make it to Netflix or an area where it could gain even more exposure than it already has.

Thank you for writing in, Bob.

My daughter absolutely loves the show. We already have all the DVDs, but we will re-gift this one to her daycare for other kids to see.

Her idea of a dream trip would be to take a vacation to the twin cities area to visit the store and perhaps catch a live performance of your cast someplace. Our first exposure to your program was maybe a year or two ago when there was a live performance at the World Greatest Hobby show here in PA.

I noticed on your web site the recent store renovations include the TV show's set. Is the show still in production?

Best to you and everyone associated with bringing this fun show to life. (Personal favorite: "Rails of Fortune." Gotta love Kornbelt's fake tan!)

I received mine yesterday and watched it with my 8 year old son and 12 year old daughter last night.  They both enjoyed it very much.  My son especially enjoyed the humor and we found ourselves laughing at the silly jokes and such.  We ended up watching the whole DVD right up until bedtime.  Great mix of trains, songs, humor and fun. Sprinkle in some fun facts about trains (how many bathrooms are on a passenger train) and we have a winner.  Pulling kids away from video games and hand held devices is tough these days but this DVD had the 12 year old and eight year old fully engaged.  Both are hoping it shows on one of our networks (I have DirecTV so I will have to do a search and see).  Thanks to the Choo Choo Bob show for sending this out to us.  BigRail

Received my copy today!  Sent regular e-mail Sunday afternoon, hoping it would work.  The link posted on your forum announcement would not work for me.

I have a grandson who is into chuggington and thomas, and is fascinated by my o gauge trains.  I don't think he is aware of the choo choo bob show, but I'll be sure to introduce him. (I don't think they have access to Qubo.)

Thanks for the DVD . . .
