I have "focused" on so many areas of the layout since construction started that it is a gas to come back to the first part we built over three years ago. We began with our turntable and roundhouse in the steam yard. It is always fun to position the locomotives and maintenance equipment to create new photographs. In the two photos below (#1 and #2) some pieces were there and some were added with photoshop. Some things were there but changed or made "whole." I wonder if you can find what was "Shopped." . . . . Hint: Some are very subtle

Figure, Right of center, face has been changed.     Good likeness to a young Eliot (Scrapiron) Scher.           Great job Eliot.   If you click on the image, it will enlarge slightly.

(3) years, Wow, has it been that long since we first talked about the Korber 304 house?   We are getting old.

Good job so far.

The skyline is not photo photoshop. There is a backdrop that was extended for. Right to left by copying clouds. The funny looking bald man was added, too. Barrels were changed so the ri gs are symmetrical, the smokestacks were copied from #1 to #2 to accommodate the sky extension and the roof of the roundhouse was altered.

Of course, the wheel sets were added. Pretty good job, all.
