I just acquired an MTH 30-90145 John Deere Tractor Dealership building and want to put a few tractors in it. Does anyone know an easy and safe ( so as not to break) way to get into this pre-assembled building? Thanks in advance-turtle7 PS-am looking for the MTH John Deere water tower and lighted sign to go with the building-if anyone has them boxed and wants to sell them, let me know. Thanks again.

Am not sure of that building's design but I have taken apart most Railking buildings fairly easily - screws remove base, then disconnect plug, and remove subsequent screws for additional floors.
Its the same building as the Smith Bros car dealership, If I remember correctly there were 4 screws under the building and the floor just lifts off. Then you remove the roof screws from the inside. I left the roof screws out so I can add different automobiles in the future. The roof will sit on top without the screws.
