Plastruct has some sheets of block looking glass but not really glass block. What size blocks are you looking for?

Perhaps I can laser cut it for you on frosted acrylic??

The piece I need is for the Downtown Deco Card Palace Hotel .  The dimensions are 1 & 31/32" by 1 & 31/64" of the hole for the glass.  1/48 scale for the blocks.  Real life size glass block look like they are 8" x 8" or 12" x 12".

I had this model built it and sold so I do not have any other specs.

The window hole size is 1-31/32 (1.969) by 1 31/64. ( 1.016)  Correct?  Do you want a frame around the blocks??

You need to be specific. The laser only cuts what I tell it to do.  so 8x8 (.166 x.166) or 12x12 (.25 x.25)??

Stacked bond 8x8-->> note it does quite fit the the rectangle?

Stacked bond 12x12

Running bond ( shifted 1/2 block)  or stacked bond? Typically stacked bond is used with GlassBlock. What about the mortar joints? Do you want the mortar joints showing? Maybe the score line is enough?

Let me know.
