I am looking to get some of their display systems. I called and left a message and nobody called back. I keep calling and no answer. How do you order? Is this company a hassle to deal with and I should look for other options?

Perhaps COVID-19 has something to do with it, as it has with so many other businesses.
I love their product, endorse it highly, and have never had a hassle, only a great experience. They even brought an order I placed to York one year so I could pick it up in person and avoid the shipping charges.
Often these are very small companies--small businesses, really--and often family-run, so a death, illness, or other family challenge can easily impact business operations.
On the other hand, if you don't want to wait, go to secondary market, like the OGR Forum For Sale posts, and see if someone has any for sale. A few years ago, I sold about 150 feet of used aluminum train shelving (not made by Snyder) via the Forum. I helped a family friend whose husband passed away, a Forum member got a great deal, and everyone was happy. Unfortunately, I don't have any left, but I am thankful for the OGR Forum--it helped find a buyer fast!
I bought shelving last year. I emailed them. I told them what I want and the quantity. They returned my email in a few days with a quote and shipping. Great to deal with. Try emailing.
Yes try emailing. They are great shelves and they are great people to work with.
I too, LOVE the product... and, they are very easy folks to deal with. Patience is probably in order given all the crap that is going on these days.
Thanks for all the feedback. All fair points. Glad to hear they’re a good company and sell a good product.
