I just ordered 200 feet of gray foam roadbed from the eBay guy - I’m getting the 3/8” thick vinyl bed cut to the same width size as the Flexbed/Vinylbed stuff from a number of years ago - I still have a bunch of that - my question

What do you use to glue the roadbed to plywood/table surface and is there a go to adhesive to glue the sections end to end ???

Thanks in advance

When we built our layout, I used nothing but Titebond Professional Wood Glue. We first glued the Vinyl "Flexbed" in place then glued/screwed the Atlas solid nickel silver track down on the Flexbed. A few days later, all the screws were removed and used agin on the next track laying event. In the end, there were absolutely NO screws remaining.

The fresher the vinyl the easier it is to work also.
