Has anybody purchased trees from GrandCentralGems.com? How is/was the service? I have been trying to get in touch with them all morning by email and phone. No luck though.

They are in Salt Lake City so they are two hours behind the East coast so trying in the latter part of the day might be best. I expect that they are a home-based second business. They say to use the contact form.

I noticed that they are from Utah when I first called at 11:35am then I placed another call around 2:00pm. They say use the order form but when submit the form they ask you to call to see if order was received. Again Thanks Jan

I usually buy their product from modeltrainstuff.com but the trees sell out quickly. I thought if I went to the source, I would be able to order some. Still no email back from them. I tried calling at 12pm thinking they would be open at 10am but no luck. I will keep trying though.
