It took me several months, but I think this scene is finally finished. It sits just below and in front of my seaside village. The boats are a combination of gift shop purchases, Hobby Lobby finds and kits. Comments and questions welcomed.

great job and very detailed, very well done , you are good at the details and the water looks so natural.
maybe add a pirate ship.
good luck with your layout!
Absolutely love that whole scene! The detail is terrific! I especially love the tracking red sailboat! I envy you! Enjoy!
What is the water made of?
How do you get to the dimmer switch on the wall?
Very nice! Very, very nice!

I have the same question regarding the water.
The entire scene looks fantastic!
GJP - You've created a wonderfully detailed scene!! Great looking water too! BRAVO!!!
The water is Woodland Scenic Realistic Water. I am thinking of adding some waves for the row boat and the two sailboats, but I'm afraid of messing it up. The dimmer switch is only 18" from the edge of the layout. This harbor is right on the front edge of the layout.
GJP,
Very Nice scene! I like the level of detail.
Wow! Fantastic! Great color gradation in the water shown on the left-hand side. What a very inviting layout and space to run trains.
