If that is the European name of the IHC kits, I've assembled the two bay engine house.
Just like the IHC kits, the long sides are a bit flimsy until you get everything together. If I were to do it again, I'd reinforce the sides with something running the length of the structures. Weather the brick before assembling and the exhaust chimneys do not have to be placed as shown.

thanks..so you would say the 2 bay engine house is worth $100 in kit form and you would buy again?
joe
I too feel that $100 is a little steep for this engine house. I believe that Atlas is now the marketing this engine house and their price may be in that range.
I have one that I purchased years ago before Atlas gained the rights to it that is new in the box. I am asking $65 plus shipping if you are interested. Shipping would be from about 90 miles from you.
This make a nice engine house or the walls are great for kit bashing. I have a large three story brewery on my layout that was made using these walls.
Happy railroading,

Great pics, Frank. You are a modelling master!

Beautiful work, Frank. I love the tunnel portals.
I did just the opposite in that I needed a larger and longer servicing building so as you can see from the photos, I combined two of the kits to increase the length. I made a template of the interior contour of the roof and then made additional roof braces/supports. This allowed me to use the often warped roofing parts that come with the kit. Also, you can see that I have used this kit to for the various servicing buildings in the diesel facility.... I think you will enjoy the kit as it is a great value...

Leavingtracks, are you sure you have enough UP diesel power? That is more armor yellow in one place than I have seen in ages!
Yes, I was wondering who was keeping these manufacturers in business.
Phil
Lee...Phil... Yes, I kind of "like" UP power! Believe it or not, what you see there is about half of what I have in the UP road name. At one time, I had thought that I was going to concentrate on a couple of western roads and then have operating sessions....
Thanks,
Alan
Thanks Frank
I was leaning toward the Korbin model but you may have just changed my mind. Really nice work and I especially like the reverse inside wall idea.
