Help,chatter when connecting ross switches together

Hey Jerry do you have an insulating pin installed  where the gray wire is attached? 

Check each switch where the two short rails meet at the delrin piece. I've had several where the two rails are electrically connected via a rail spike contacting an adjacent spike causing both rails to be connected.Simply remove one of the spikes contacting the other and each rail will be isolated.

I do have insulating pins in inside rails. Will check for short.

 The top switch gray wire and yellow would go to the  switch machines outside connections.   Maybe disconnect them at the  switch machine  and see if the switch lines properly with the controller. When you find out which button lines the switch a certain way add the gray or yellow to make the  non derailing feature correct at the switch machine.    You should be able to touch the wire from the insulated section to one of the connections at the switch machine to find out which way the turnout is going to move.

I would   NOT go   by the indicator lights on the switch machine just yet....Maybe work at one switch at a time.... You're not trying to hook up both switches to one controller are you?

Jerry make sure the rail's are not touching on the insulated pin rail you need a gap between the rail's .

I tried another switch and also switch Motors and the other switches work fine. There is something in the switch itself that is causing it to chatter when I hook up wiring up? Any suggestions?

I removed a metal pin from where the 2 short inner rails connect and that seems to be the issue.
