Help for Aristo/ crest train engineer 2005 system.

looking for help with my train engineer system. I have been running my layout many years using the ART 5470 control system. It has an ART5471 receiver with an ART5473 transmitter. I have three mainline tracks operated with three recievers. Two weeks ago the system went down. I found a blown fuse on one receiver in the inline 10 amp fuse track wire. I replaced the fuse but I cannot link in properly. The units do not respond as per the owners manual and there is no tech support as Polks is no more. I have tried the web but the info is just not there. I am probably doing something wrong. Is there anyone out there that can help?
