I have successfully used Loctite Supper glue (ACC) in the small blue dispencers for several years with great results. Give it a try. A suggestions= It does dry in 5 seconds so place a very small drop on the part being glued too and hold the placing part on the glue drop and count to 20 and let go.

Using a hammer and chisel I have suceeded in some instances in seperating  the glued items.

While that glue is good, the dang expansion/foaming issue is a problem sometimes.

I'd go with CA or 2 part epoxy and the longer the seting time the better the bond is supposed to be...gives you extra fudge time then too.
