Help w/ Lionel Whistle Circuit Board | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I need help with Lionel's whistle circuit board, part # 610-8633-010. This is the small board that essentially replaced the old whistle relay. I have two whistles that blow continuously. Lionel says the part is unavailable. Can anyone suggest what component may be bad on these boards and/or have a schematic of the board? I guess I am going to have to try to repair them

Here's the Electric RailRoad schematic for their PW whistle controller replacement. They also have a circuit board layout for it. Maybe this will be similar enough to figure it out, or you can build a replacement.

They may still have a kit of parts available as well, you could ask them.

Lionel has the board, I have the board, $5.60 plus $3.00 Shipping. The 010 is replaced by the 020.
