I spent the entire summer doing a major remodel to my home (via a contractor) - gutting down to the studs, ripping up floors, moving walls, new heating system, drywall, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, flooring. I spent the summer sleeping on a mattress on the floor having to get out of the way at 7AM and then cleaning up at 5PM.
Anyway, now I have migrated to my Florida rental for the winter and am working on my Christmas layout; as much as I can fit on the living room floor of a 2 bedroom trailer. It's great to just relax, look at a nice Pere Marquette Berkshire with Polar Express heavies and not have to accommodate the hustle of construction men with clouds of sawdust, drywall dust, sanding dust.
