This book by James Burke, Jr. was reviewed by Anna Manson in the current TCA Quarterly. Unfortunately, Ms. Manson did not mention a source for this work. I also could not find it on Amazon.

Since I will not be attending York, WHERE can I purchase this book?

Thanks, Ron I had exactly the same question and I did exactly the same thing Tinplate Art did. I wish the TCA review had included that information and the cost of the book because I too am interested.
