I have the Lionel 6-28066 B&O Odyssey President Harrison 4-6-2 Pacific and I would like to find out what to do to make the engine chuff and puff rather than just have the smoke pour out. Also, What would be the cost involved?

Alex or John will see this and answer you. That was a good looking engine. It has been converted to PS-2 many times. That is one engine I hope Lionel brings back with the much superior Legacy system real coal load. It would be a great one with whistle smoke.
