How do you connect additional power drops\feeds?

You want both power and common at each drop.  The purpose of the drops is to minimize voltage drops because of poor connections between track segments.  In a perfect world with perfect track to track connections, you'd need minimal drops for a layout.

I used 18ga this time because of available in 2-conductor rolls. I am building the FasTrack Modules which have 12ga for power and common in the bus. I'll use 16ga for the drops. The modules are 45", so you get a drop on each one.

For FasTrack, I use blade-type connectors on the 12GA wire and slide them on the bottom of the FasTrack, where there are little tabs sticking out.

I also run a jumper from the outside rail to the other, for good TMCC signal and grounding.

12ga for the feeders?  That might be a bit of overkill.   We drop #16 on the modular club layout, then use the #12 in the bus under the modules.
