How do I get weathered grey look? I know I still have to paint the corner blocks but how do I get overall look?

You did a very nice job with your mortar joints. How did you accomplish that?
The India ink wash works well, it settles in the mortar joints and around the windows. You can also spray flat black paint from about 3 ft away to create a grimy look.
if you click the link to my home layout in my signature I have a kit bash of that exact kit the I used both the wash and black overspray on if you want to see the results.
I've used Robert's Brick Mortar with really good results http://robertsbrickmortar.com/
I think he already did the mortar and is looking to "drab it up " a little. The black wash will do that.

I use the same technique Rich does except I substitute gray powder for the black paint. In the second picture you posted it appears the modeler used diluted white or off white paint for the mortar and did not completely wipe it off the bricks. This is a standard technique a lot of modelers use.
The photos below show leaving some Roberts Brick Mortar on versus cleaning it off. This is before the India ink wash.
Just remember if you use Robert's Brick mortar seal it with dullcote before you apply the wash otherwise you will wash the mortar off the building.

You just need some Testors lite grey for the corners and cornices and you have it.
