I'm heading to the Big E on Saturday, coming south from NH, I know I can get off of I-91 via Exit 13B, to Rte. 5 South, to Rte. 147 West
But I prefer to stay on I-91 to Exit 7 and take West Columbus Ave, turn right and go down Rte 147. I understand there was some construction going on right at exit 7 this Spring and Summer, does anyone know if exit 7 has been re-opened?
I don't have a GPS type phone that would tell me this information.
