I need help wiring a Lionel 6-12054 Operating Track into an MTH AIU unit

I have been doing really well at using want to know Fastrack and being able to wire it into the MTH DCS system, however I am struggling now. I do have an MTH terminal board set up for the 14 volt accessory power on the fixed post of him MTH Z4000. So, I would like to run the fixed power to the operating track and have it run through the remote control on the MTH DCS system. Can someone please help me figure out how to wire this thank you very much.
