I have been using a PC power supply on my bench for lighting and testing, even engines. It still had all the computer harnesses and no on off switch. Here is what I ended up with. $10 for the box, $6 for the meters, and the rest I had in parts. I pulled the PS out of a town recycling bin. I will make a small jumper with a diode to use the 5 volt tap for 4.5 volt applications. Didn't even let any magic smoke out when I plugged it in.DSC_0001DSC_0003DSC_0004DSC_0005DSC_0006DSC_0007DSC_0008
