Thought I would pass along the sad news Dave Richter has passed. Many O Scalers in the east should remember him. Literally a giant of a man with a tender heart. Dave spent his career working for SEPTA. He took over and ran the Eastern PA train show that ultimately ended up in Wind Gap PA.
Dave also was a dealer for Weaver models, among others. A former member of the Cherry Valley Model RR Club. In recent years you would find him at the Strasburg show. Of late he had moved to Virginia for retirement and to be near family.
