Thanks Cal! I met Bill when I was working for a company in Cleveland and living in Chicago. I stopped by his house a few times when traveling back and forth and he helped me out of a few binds!!!

I did my first TMCC ERR upgrade with ERR parts I bought from Bill. Not being an electrical savant I was more than a little nervous. Did the install step by step and could not get the speed steps to work. Called Bill, sent him pics, everything appeared correct but I could not get the 100 step speed intervals. Finally dropped it off at Bill's and he told me it was a bad batch of Cruise units. I never knew if that was true or Bill didn't want to hurt my feelings by telling me I screwed up. I was so sad to hear when he passed, a truly kind man.

I live 1.5 hours away from where Bill lived in Norwalk, Ohio.  Numerous times, my son or wife and I made the trip to his house for parts or repairs.  I remember his layout being "under construction" constantly because he was so busy with service and parts.  A great guy whom it was easy to lose several hours with, and never regret it!
