Looking for some industrial O scale windows for my engine house I am building. I am using 1/4" thick birch wood to build it. I did order some from rustystumps but they seem a little small. So any ideas would be appreciated.
Not quite sure what you are looking for, but Tichy Train Group has some nice 20-pane factory-type windows. Crusader Rail Services in Philadelphia carries a full line.
At some point, I believe Al Z (CSX Al) was making windows or having them made. These were etched I believe and were very impressive. I would try checking with him.
I have used Grnadt Line windows for a lot of my models. I have put up to four of them together to create one large window. Go on their web site and look at the o-scale section. All windows are made of styrene plastic. You will be able to glue them to a wood structure using CA glue.

They might appear to b a little small in relationship to the 1/4" thick birch - that does correspond to a 1' think wall.
