In case you have not thought of it look in your area for a Habitat for Humanity Restore. At the 2 that are in my area you can get all sorts of latex paint for $2 a quart or $5 a gallon and a very large selection of colors needed for a layout. Lowes is sending most of the mis-mixed paint from their stores to them. It could be worth a trip as you never know what else they may have. Check their wood section also plywood is very cheap if you can get it before the contractors do. Also 2in thick blue foam sheets 40in X40in were $1.00 each.
