I have some O Scale 2 Rail chromed wheelsets insulated one side that say "Pittsburgh AAR" and a date which I think is "1938." If you know who makes these and maybe a stock number, please contact me at aheybro@comcast.net

I don't know about chromed, but Lionel and Auel made wheelsets with such legends. They are not great at tracking, in my opinion, but great for display. I use nothing but carbon steel wheelsets when I have a choice.
