Input for New Layout Plan

I've been working on a layout plan for my new house that has a 13' x 32' "Florida Room." I'd like input, suggestions, recommendations, whatever you experienced guys/girls would be kind enough to offer. Thanks.

On the far right coming off your inner main line you have a double S curve.You are going to have un coupling/derailing problems there on longer trains.I like your design.Keep us up dated.Nick
