I just re powered my layout. ZW-C with 4 180W power bricks.I am operating in command with Legacy base.

If I connect the power bricks and the Legacy base to the same remote controlled power strip is the ZW going to come up in command?I don't want all 18 locomotives to take off like a bat out of he!! in conventional. The instructions say to bring the base up first. But then I will need two remote controlled power strips.

We just hired a new CEO and we want to keep him.Our last CEO committed suicide when a one mile consist high balled into our de- classification yard by mistake.

On a more serious note thanks in advance for any help on this Nick

I have my Legacy base and ZW-C's 180W bricks all plugged into the same power strip.  The 180W are already switched on so that as soon as I turn the power strip on, everything comes up to power.  My Legacy locomotives also stay quiet.

Remember, in command mode with the ZW-C, channels A and D will come up off, even if the handles are full on.  Channels B and C will come up full on, limited by how you have the handles set.
