IR Block Sensors for block occupation

I am currently using 153ir and 153c for my signals and gates. Is anyone aware of a powered or battery operated motion detector similar to the 153ir that would send a wireless signal to a tablet or computer. I am looking to have a few wireless block detectors without wiring everything and was looking to see if there was a simple out of the box alternative? I know you could always use the 153s or insulated track but those still have to be translated over to digital somehow for a tablet or computer.
