I tried the link on the OGR masthead several times - just a home page and then error messages.
Are they working on their website or out of business?

I just use this. It worked fine. Why is it the first thing when a site does not work do we ask if they are out of business?

I hadn't realized this is such a touchy subject - if you read my original post, you will see that it wasn't the first question, but the second.FYI, your link just opens the same AAA homepage as the OGR masthead. After that, all the embedded links on the homepage produce error messages for me - that's why I asked the questions.

so I tried once more and all the buttons work..seems to be lots of touchy things on this and on most other forums..read what you want and throw the rest away 
I seem to recall that there was previous topics on this site- I think that AAA responded with that their current website only works with IE - so if you're using another browser you will get error messages.

It loads OK using FireFox on a windows machine here at work
I have the same issue. The Home Page loads, everything else is an error 404.

Weird - I'm relieved that I'm not the only one having problems.
I'm using Firefox on a Mac but I'll try a Windows machine and IE when i get a few minutes later today.
Guys....AAA is not out of business. There does seem to be a problem with the website and they are aware and trying to fix it. I have been in touch and all is well. Here is their phone number: 860-621-6816...ask for Bob..
